Explore With Us
There are many ways to explore remembering inherent worth at the Worthiness Project
Most people who reach out are thoughtful, capable individuals who feel exhausted by patterns of striving, overthinking, or living in survival mode. Many are also carrying deeper questions about identity, existence, and what it means to be fully alive.
Everything we offer shares the same intention: creating environments where the nervous system can soften, curiosity can open, and the deeper truth of worth can be experienced.
The Most Direct Way to Explore This Work
Many people who feel drawn to this work begin with individual mentoring. Rather than structured programs or step-by-step systems, we create spaces for reflection, inquiry, and lived experience. A single conversation can create the space to notice patterns that have quietly shaped life for years.
From that place, something important often begins to shift. When the nervous system experiences even small moments of safety, curiosity returns. And from curiosity, change becomes possible.
Explore With Andy
Andy’s brings together neuroscience, contemplative insight, and grounded conversation.
Many people who work with Andy are thoughtful, capable individuals who feel exhausted by patterns of striving, overthinking, or living on guard.
Through conversation and inquiry, sessions explore how the nervous system learns these patterns and how new experiences can gently update them.
May Include:
- Survival mode patterns such as striving, bracing, or shutdown
- How the brain and nervous system learned those responses
- How safety and curiosity can open new possibilities
- How worth can become something the body actually feels
These sessions are reflective rather than prescriptive, inviting a return to steadiness, curiosity, and a felt sense of worth.

Choosing Where to Begin
There is no “right” place to start. Some people begin with a weekly gathering.
Others reach out for a conversation. Some wait until a retreat calls to them.
